I have an allergy, can I order from Dottie's?

Unfortunately due to working in a small kitchen environment, we are unable to guarantee no cross contamination, therefore regretfully we are unable to cater for those with allergies. 

What are your opening hours and can I visit your store?

Our store is located at 11 Common Edge Road, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 5AX. We're open Monday to Thursday 4pm until 11pm, Friday & Saturday 4pm until Midnight and Sundays 4pm until 11pm.

Do you cover my area for delivery?

We deliver to a wide catchment area covering majority of FY1, FY2, FY3, FY4, FY5, FY6, FY8 and PR4 postcodes. Please enter your address at www.dottiesdesserts.co.uk to check if we deliver to your address.

I've placed an order online, how long will delivery take?

We aim to deliver all orders within 45 minutes, however during busy periods this may not always be achievable. We will always deliver all orders as soon as possible and you can contact the store for an update any time on 01253 440213.

How can I contact the Store Manager?

If you have any comments or complaints, please contact us via email. Please explain in as much detail as possible your reason for contacting us, your order number, photos if necessary and platform you ordered on to blackpool@dottiesdesserts.co.uk.

I placed an order and it hasn't arrived... your store is now closed?!

Sometimes due to circumstances out of our control, our deliveries can run behind schedule. Don't worry, even if it is passed our normal closing time, your order will still be delivered. We work until all orders are dispatched and the store has been cleaned.

My order says it's been delivered on Just Eat but it hasn't?

Unfortunately this is a fault with our system which integrates with Just Eat. It's a bug they are working hard to fix but we aren't there yet. Rest assured we know the status of every order and all orders will be delivered. Please call the store if you require any confirmation on 01253 440213.

I've only ordered a milkshake for delivery... how can it take 45 mins to deliver?

We process all orders in the order in which they are received and not based on location or order value. This ensures fair practice and everyone waits the same amount of time regardless of what they have ordered. We will work as quickly as possible.
